Crystal Health Care Services is proud to provide South Jersey with highly skilled, trained and devoted staff ready to provide quality service to our wonderful clients and families in the home and community settings. Our goal at Crystal Health Care Services makes sure our families develop the skills, resilience, and strengths to care for their loved ones in the home and community when staff is not available with them in the home/community.
Our Services
Crystal Health Care Services has long standing in working with individuals with disabilities in multiple settings to ensure the service and care they need are provided in a professional manner in accordance with Office of Departmental Disabilities in the state New Jersey. Crystal Health Care offers variety of services to choose from such as; individual Support, Community Support and Respite.

Crystal Health Care Services’ mission is to provide caring, effective, and innovative services that empower people of all abilities especially individuals with a disability as they work to achieve the highest level of independence possible and build better lives for themselves, their families and their communities. Crystal Health Care Services helps and assist individuals with disabilities to realize their hopes by fostering a values-based culture of respect for the dignity and worth of individuals in need.
